What happened to the "how my firm screens..." post that made the front page?

it was:
"How my firm screens resumes and cover letters
by Rana Clamitans

I do corporate strategy / internal consulting for a major firm and I'm part of the recruiting team. We've been screening resumes and cover letters for many schools over the past few days and here are some notes on what we look for and some of my personal thoughts as I read your stuff:"

anyone have the rest of this post?
why was it removed?

I’ll try to summarize it as far as I remember. Generally, if you have GPA of 3.7, you are not that special because the OP’s company regularly gets a lot of 3.8-3.9 nerds. Don’t put boring hobbies such as traveling on your resume, but try the impress the recruiter with some “original” activity such as baking cookies with Nutella (if I remember correctly) or better yet, watching The Office (these are all based on true stories). In your cover letter, take time to not only explain what you have accomplished, but also to elaborate on what you have learned (it seems that some recruiters actually read all that crap). Also, make sure to craft a convincing story about why you want to spend your time doing tasks such as digging for data to estimate how many bathtubs will be manufactured in the next 5 years in the world or debating whether to go with a 3D or a 2D pie chart on page 7 of your PPT presentation.

Actually, little of that crap matters because they start reading the apps in alphabetical order and by the time they are halfway through the alphabet, they are so tired that they’ll ding you because your name happens to be Quentin or Zachary (not sure if they go by first or last name though). If you make it through all these hoops, you’ll be blessed with the opportunity to work under someone who was managed out of MBB (or some lower tier consultancy) and became one of the many directors of corporate strategy at some bureaucratic F100. Basically, you will be able to work in a dead end job where you will churn out power point decks and make recommendations that no one wants to implement because of internal politics. But hey, you will be able to tell your aunt that you work in Corporate Strategy, which sounds important.

In sum, make sure that you can present your profile as that of someone who is conformist, insecure, and can bullshit well about random crap when needed (that last thing can also be referred to as ‘having a personality’ or ‘showing your human side’ in a more politically correct way).

I wish I could keep it going because now that I finally can see the inner workings of how resume screening goes, I really want to help other kids boost their chances... I mean, I was on the flip side just a couple months ago, interviewing, getting rejected, and now I'm the one doing the screening.

The quality of candidates we get is so high and with limited spots, I honestly have to look for reasons to ding someone, no matter how small.

I guess some of the reasons came off as petty, but it was as close to the truth as it gets. When posters started shitting on my company, I decided it was prudent to delete it because I don't want my company to be associated with negativity.
