What Is The Average Wait time to Sit in Limbo?

I've applied for an entry position at a BB to do ER and haven't heard anything. I applied as soon as the job was posted almost 4 weeks ago and my status page for the application has been sitting in "Review" for over 3 weeks.

Just wondering what your experiences have been with waiting to hear from a recruiter or getting the "not interested" email? Is it normal to take so long?

You need to try and network. Submitting application and resume online is like going to a bar to pick up a girl and standing there waiting for one to ask you to go home with her.

You need to find someone in that bank that is a part of your network and get yourself in front of them ASAP.
