Wonderlic Test?
So I'm currently an intern at a boutique firm, and they didn't have myself or the other interns take the test. They are in the process, of hiring a new analyst who will start ASAP due to a personnel shortage. I have overheard them talking about the candidates Wonderlic scores. I know what the test is, and I have read that 27 is standard for an "investing analyst". I'm just curious about within the specific scope of IB, what should I know about the Wonderlic?
The term investing analyst is very broad. If the average nfl player scores a 20 (although I’d rather know the median) I highly doubt the average IB analyst is a 27 out of a possible 50. I’m going to put it out there but I’m willing to bet we are much smarter than the average football player

I find the idea of a firm making interns take the Wonderlic hilarious. Better hit the gym. They'll probably wanna clock your 40 time too.
Take the test yourself. Although the material isn't the hardest, with such a short time frame it's hard to get through it all. Also very fun to compete against fellow interns.

27 is pretty average. General rule of thumb is that to convert Wonderlic test score to IQ, you multiply by two and add 50. So that would mean his IQ is around 104.
Yeah that’s a pretty sad score
