PERE 100 2019
PERE released their annual report on the largest PERE firms yesterday, with the notable jump being GLP from Asia. Seems like the industry is continuing to grow rapidly, marked by their shift from the "PERE 50" to the "PERE 100".
I was able to read it yesterday but have since been paywalled. If someone has access and would like to post that might be helpful.

Why is Rockwood #94? Don't they have $30b in AUM?
I copied and pasted this from excel because I suspected they would yank access. The headers should read:
Rank / Firm Name / HQ/ Capital Raised in last 5 years ($m)
There are a few omissions here that don't make sense to me. I feel like Shorenstein and Square Mile should be on this list too and I'm just thinking of them because I interviewed at both this year.
Lone Star has slipped somewhat. Weren't they #3 not so long go?
Couple big mergers happened this year between firms on this list.
Brookfield/OakTree
GreenOak/Bentall Kennedy
Harrison Street/Colliers
Apollo and Oaktree are surprisingly low, maybe because this list is pure RE equity and no RE backed NPL /distressed RE debt??
list should include debt as well
Oaktree Brookfield are also merging, maybe they slowed down fundraising due to that.
Does anybody here know who typically finances GLP?
Met the guys at 54 recently, impressive fundraisers and believe they will go top 20 in the next year or two.
How is Related only #84?
