How not to be distracted at work?
I often get distracted while working. This prevents me from focusing on the task. I deleted all social networks from my phone and thus try to be concentrated. You had such a problem and how did you solve it?

I have such a strict boss that I have no time to get distracted.
Deleting the social networks is a great start, but it will take time to retrain your brain if you've spent a good amount of time on them. The body operates under the SAID principle (Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demand), so you need to consciously practice staying focused by first and foremost, noticing when and what distracts you. When you have a good idea of what those distractions are, you can start to remove them or actively retrain the brain, as it sounds like you have already begun to do. Keep it up!
Read "Hooked" by Nir Eyal for a fuller picture of the brain situation when it comes to apps and plenty of other regular facets of daily life today. Crazy stuff!
