Houston Roommate Rice Military

Trying this again..

My roommate and I are looking for someone to rent out the master bedroom of our town home. The rent would be $1200 per month plus utilities. We are located in rice military right off of Tc jester and I-10. The town home itself is ~2100 SqFT and is 3 bed room 3.5 bath. We both graduated a year ago and work in the oil and gas business.
