Will a 3.4 GPA hold me back after graduating?

I'm graduating with a 3.4 GPA from my semi-target school and have a job at a regional boutique IB. I'm looking to potentially lateral to a name-brand bank as an analyst or associate, but I'm worried that my GPA being below a 3.5 will follow me.

When can I drop my GPA off my resume? Would showing a 3.4 keep me out of good lateral opportunities as an analyst or associate?

Almost identical situation here - 3.4 college GPA, semi-target, regional boutique for my first job. Have had my GPA off my resume basically since graduating and just secured a new job for an analyst level lateral. After a couple years of work experience, if anyone cares about your college GPA they should go touch grass. Don’t get me started on SAT scores…
