It is argued that only stable and grown companies can afford the license, but new small firms may not. Furthermore, small companies with small teams would have challenges utilizing the platform, so the research might not be worth the license cost.

The platform requires training on how to use it. In addition, there is a learning curve to using this database, and employees may require training on how to use the platform. 

Just like any other software, there is a need for time to introduce analysts to the software and guide them on how to get started.
