Groups with the best culture at Piper?

Many of us have read the notorious posts detailing all of the negatives associated with Piper Sandler, but I'm curious about the other end of the spectrum. What are the groups with the best culture within the firm? By "best culture" I mean reasonable expectations for facetime, high spirits throughout the group, the ability to take a day off for a family event without being eviscerated by your higher-ups, generally nice people, etc.

Would love to hear what people have to say as somebody looking at potential lateral moves within the MM space.

That is consistent with what I've heard about HCIT. I've heard mixed things about industrials, but some of that info is coming from offices outside of Minneapolis and is dated. Does anyone have some recent info?

Makes sense..

Any tips or insight on what to expect interviewing for a DIS experienced analyst role? And/or anything that might get focused on coming from an audit background? Have two coming up soon (not with HR) and am preparing by reading around on here and figured I'd ask. PM me if it's easier.
