Possibility of a successful class action shareholder lawsuit against lehman brothers (NYSE:LEH)?
Grounds for such a lawsuit: Did executives file accurate quarterly and annual statements?
Did they fully disclose risks when describing net worth i.e. assets
less liabilities? Were these statements accurate?

was thinking about this today as well. clearly either somebody thinks there is a possibility (hence a positive stock price when the bonds are expected to recover ~$0.60)
can't begin to speculate on this, anyone have thoughts?
