Physical and mental health is important, even in IB.
Adults should probably get between 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
Sleep: 9:30P
Wake: 5:30A
How are you done with work everyday at 930

So you’re awake for only 4hrs per day?
Ha! Wow that was a dumb mistake!
Weeknights usually in bed by 9:30pm, asleep by 10pm, wake up at 5:30am
Go to sleep at 10-10:15 and get up 5:30-5:45.
Most important thing for me is falling asleep. I'm the type of person that can lay down and be out in about 5-10 mins without any problems. But I've talked to some people who can't get to sleep, especially during the transition period where they are trying to change their sleep schedule. This piece of advice has helped everyone that I told it to: do not look at your phone for 30-60 mins before your head hits the pillow. Personally I read for 30 every night before bed. Also, dont eat too close to bed - I intermittent fast and when I started my sleep quality increased. Not sure if this is because of the intermittent fast itself or because of the fact that I wasn't cranking late night snacks previously. Also, something that is very important for sleep is relative exertion throughout the day - make sure to exercise.
Told this to one of my friends younger brothers and he started telling me about how he needs to wank his peen every night or he cant fall asleep. "how can I not look at my phone before bed if i need to..." - not a lot of relevance just thought I'd add it in since it was one of the dumbest responses ive ever gotten to an affirmative statement that I've made
Honestly, I have to do that too, I don’t watch porn, but have to rub one out before I can fall asleep. Otherwise I end up half awake and half asleep with an erection the whole night.
Just KO with an edible.
Usually in bed around 11, alarm goes off around 730-8. Sometimes I just can't fall asleep though, I'll just lie there for 8 hours or so with my eye closed and nothing happens. Happened to me this weekend 2 nights in a row and on Sunday I felt like I was going to have a seizure. Was so exhausted that I went to bed at 8pm. Had a couple of glasses of wine, some melatonin, and some weed and knocked myself out. Still feel terrible though.
.
I try to get in bed by 11A and wake up by 7A (especially since since no commute). Sometimes I get to bed at 1A, but I still wake up at the same time.
11AM to bed is super late - wow!

Good catch- hit me with that pls fix. Updated to be correct.
Asleep by 2am, wake up at 10am (working a Pacific Time work schedule while I'm physically located in the Eastern Time Zone)

Changes a lot but this month usually awake by 7/8 am and asleep by 1 or 3 AM.
I'm all over the place. My body just can't seem to stay consistent.

Try to fall sleep by 10:30 and wake up 6:30, although I usually fuck around in the morning and sleep in since I can go to the gym during lunch which is nice.

Roughly 55.6 % wake up at 5:30-6:30am
