Hey mate to simplify it for you 

WLB- lot better , like a good 20-30% better BUT probably more stressful in terms of difficulty in switching off 

Comp- In EMEA its in line , I know in the US for D&C/FMR its pretty much in line 

Prestige/Candidate quality- pretty much v top level candidates oxbridge types ( that too those who were leading the student fund) 
 

Exit ops-  lot of people ( who actually do well in the role) try and stay on long term / get an MBA come back or leave to MM HF, S/M HF but yeah you do close of PE/VC


Main negative IMO 
 

- you do get shat on a bit more , as you aren't just correcting comments /changing slides , investors can be incredibly blunt 
- its way more lonely vs analyst class etc
