AM Sales to PM
Hi,
I am currently in a quite different situation. I've got an offer from BlackRock for an institutional sales position (associate) right out of UG and an Off-cycle internship in a hedge fund managed by a BB. I am rather indecisive, since the offer I got from BR is really good, but my passion (at least at the moment) is portfolio management/hedge fund management. Are there exit opps for AM-Sales? Is it possible, to use the contacts, that you get while working as a sales, to switch on the product side, if I would like to later in my career?
