BAML Investment Office

Does anyone know about the pay scale progression in Bank of America's Chief Investment Office or ISG (Investment Solutions Group) [these groups are part of GWIM]? The roles seem to be AM/ investment management where you are building models and preforming DD on funds to pass along to the private bankers. I cannot find any reliable info on pay - although it seems like a very low paying role with analysts making like 60-70k based on some old BAML private bank pay scale info.

I am a bit conflicted since I really like the role as I think it would be a good starting point for someone interested in becoming a PM long term, but my other options are PE valuations (70k base with 45k bonus) or BB IB (110k base with 65k bonus).

Thoughts on if the role would be worth the (likely) pay drop if I'm interested in a career in AM with goals of becoming a PM?

link for more info (this is not the job but a sample of what roles look like in BAML CIO/ISG)
