BlackRock Analyst- Canadians?
Hi!
I am a junior Canadian undergraduate student that really wants to work at Blackrock post-graduation & this summer. I have a few questions and I hope someone can help me out.
1) How likely is it that a Canadian student from a non-target (Rotman) will be able to receive an offer? What would be the expected qualifications (ie GPA, extracurriculars) in order to be competitive? 2) I have little to no mutual connections to the firm-- from the looks of LinkedIn profiles. Should I cold-email possible recruiters? 3) Any advice to really make an impression on the hiring managers of the firm?
Thank you in advance.
