career development during WFH

Hi all,

Has anyone had any experience of helping more junior employees with career development during the last few months of WFH or are there any junior employees that have found any work programs helpful in ensuring they aren't 'left behind' or missing out on informal learning opportunites? I ask as an analyst in asset management who has been asked by management on any ideas that I feel could be helpful as they are concious I am missing out on 'learning through osmosis' parts of the job.

Any thoughts would be really appreciated.
