I have an upcoming interview with a BB for a fixed income AM middle office analyst role. Not to sure what middle office for Fixed income AM at a BB would do and how would someone go about trying to get into front office from middle office in a year or 2? Anyone have any experience with such role and any success stories? What would someone for middle office be asked during the interview?
