GSAM Base Salary?

I just wanna get to the bottom of this once and for all

To Start:

I am an incoming GSAM SA for 2023 NYC, my base is 85k,

my friends with SA offers in multi asset (public investing), private investing, and non-investing roles all have an 85 base. (All NYC)

I read this article recently claiming GS would bump some roles in AM, GIR, S&T to 110 base:

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2021-08-2…

Are they just giving SAs 85 base, but offering 110 for full time AN1????

I hear conflicting things, and I literally have a friend who's an incoming SA 2023 NYC for MS wealth management with a base of 105k, Is this some kind of GS discount or something?

Yea I have some teams in mind, and I don’t even know where MBD sits among the subdivisions now.

If anyone is getting 110 it’s the most front office roles, If I’m not mistaken though, even people in IBD get 85 for SA, and then 110 for AN1?

Teams I was wondering about regarding potential access to the 110 base would be (in no particular order):

Alternative Capital Markets and Strategy

Multi-Asset investing(?)

All the AIMS stuff

PE investment team

Americas Client Business

Did anyone hear about the comp review and potential salary bump coming up in September for SA23?

I know this is out of date. But I am an incoming FT analyst in one of the front-office AIMS roles within GSAM and my base is $85k.
