HONE!!!!

Hi everyone, I am currently in undergrad going to a non target with a 3.7 GPA. After doing my research and learning about it, I decided that asset management is a career I would love to have. I do have a moderate stutter and it does flare up up a bit during interviews and a bit on the phone. However I am able to get out what I need to say and people understand me. Has anyone met or know someone in asset management who stutters or has some sort of speech disfluency? Would really like to know how they deal with it. Any tips or advice is deeply appreciated!
