Coming over to JPM I assumed that the tech would be industry leading, but I was sadly mistaken. Employees have to put in twice the effort to make a dent in their work. Things are only now starting to change as a result of COVID forcing new tech updates. If the changes were made sooner productivity could've been so much better for teams
