Need help deciding an offer: AM vs Trading
Hey WSO,
I got two offers and need help deciding. One is in an AM's trading group and the other is in an alt investments fund. Pay and bonus is the same, I just need help deciding which one will probably have a better career trajectory and exit ops. Could someone enlighten me on the pros and cons of the trading industry and AM industry? The only reason I could be slightly leaning towards trading is because they've given me the opportunity to help build out their electronic and quant trading desks. Thanks!
