PIMCO or MBB
A first-year MBA student fortunate enough to receive summer internships at one of the MBB and at PIMCO in their account management team. I have a mix of S&T and strategy experience at a tech firm pre MBA and was hoping to move back to financial services.
Thoughts on which one will give better comps, career path and exits in future? I know PIMCO is an elite firm but unsure if the career path of account management will be less promising vs. an investment role.
If you want to be in investment management then pimco. If you’re unsure of what you want then MBB.
