Post MBA Long Only Comp
Any insight for what’s benchmark/median all in comp for a good performing senior analyst ~ 5 years+ out of MBA at a mid tier firm?
Would this be dramatically different for outside tier 1 cities?

It will range quite a bit, but I would put the benchmark in the high six figures, maybe around $700-800K. I don't think the city matters as much as the fund/individual performance, and it could be $1M+ on the high end or below $500K on the low end - a pretty broad range depending on all the specifics.
