Telling your old employer your new one when quitting?

Hi - I’m leaving my BB PWM role to go to a consulting opportunity (and also moving cities) - was wondering if I am supposed to tell my current employer where I’m heading? I know they will ask and I don’t know how to answer. I do have a good working relationship but am a little paranoid honestly.
