To be or Not to be? Asset Management - Allianz Global Investors: Stepping Stone

I successfully secured a position on the Allianz Global Investors' Graduate Program in London.
Would like to hear some other peoples' thoughts on the program, the reputation, and potential exit opportunities of the program. Is it a good company to start an asset management career in? Are there possible exit opportunities to bigger AM funds (Blackrock, Fido, etc.)?
