Accenture non-target

How difficult is it for a non-target to land a summer internship at Accenture? I understand that Accenture is a tier below MBB, but Accenture still doesn't recruit at my campus. Also, I feel that merely applying online is pretty useless. Is there a better way to get my foot in the door as a non-target? I'll do whatever it takes.

You best bet is to network your way in. Accenture is a big company and I know of many people who didn't go to targets that work for them. A blind resume submission probably won't do the trick but if you can get someone on the inside to help you out it is possible.

Network your way in or use a resume drop like I did. I received a final round from a resume drop from the website (non-target, non-hard science).
