Almost counselled out in first year, ranked top performer in second year Q&A

Title says it all really, after an average start in my first year had a pretty horrific case that almost lead to me being counselled out. Managed to overcome the issues and have just been ranked a top performer in my second year. Hope to help anyone in a similar situation / nervous about their start.

That's great to hear! I think it would be helpful for everyone for some context so I have some questions for you right off the bat.

1) What type of consulting / firm are you working at? What role (e.g., associate / manager )

2) What was the feedback that you were given?

3) How did you incorporate that feedback year 2?

4) What would you have done differently in year 1 if you knew?
