I interviewed with their SPI team a few years back. The cases were all restructuring in some shape: (1) Case 1 was a lite case, Market Sizing of automobiles in a city of UAE. (2) Case 2 was a financial analysis of profit to determine cost-cutting initiatives. (3) Case 3 was incremental project/service revenue and cost analysis to see if it's viable. Honestly, from a scale of 1-5 with 5 being a random case not even tied to business and 1 being something verbatim from a drill, It was closer to 2-3 in difficulty. On a separate note, UAE region consulting firms have the worst interview timelines ever. End to End, 13 months which ended with the company closing the position twice.

I'm currently trying to prep for full time RX recruiting, and was wondering how you got prepared to interview? I've been reading some case studies and practicing MBB style interviews, but wondering how to prep for RX specifically
