Anyone have any insight into FDD or GTA interview style for A&M's transaction advisory group? Curious if casing will be more traditional or technically oriented and not case interview at all.
Interviewed for a SA role. SA process doesn’t include a case study. For FT, I would think you would be presented 3 statements, and communicate Ebitda/ WC adjustments/items you would want to investigate during diligence. I remember preparing for a case study, because I didn’t realize that was only for FT roles, and I essentially just got the ‘FDDInterview’ workbook that you can find online and understood all the different types of adjustments for Ebitda and WC.
