Analysis Group: Application, interview process, work....

I am PhD grad, I have applied for healthcare associate position at Analysis Group and I am waiting for their reply. Meanwhile, I wanted to know more about the firm, application process, work culture, and exit opportunities for an associate. Anyone here who works at Analysis Group, or have applied for a position at Analysis Group and has some experience?

Great laid back culture. Boston office is very nice. Idk much about the healthcare practice other than if you applied to healthcare specifically, you're cordoned off from the other practices. They say higher requirements are necessary for healthcare as opposed to generalist.
