Are EBs like "Evercore" Keywords for AI MBB Resume Screeners
I know that AI MBB resume screeners are coded to pick out keywords for large companies mentioned in resumes like "IBM" or "Goldman Sachs." I was wondering if these AI resume screeners are also primed to pickup keywords for smaller but distinguished firms like "Lazard" or "Evercore."
Not sure if AI is even used to pick out resumes for interviews, but if this is the case for IBM Im sure it is for lazard or evercore at least in finance fields. Regardless applying online is a black hole. Best way is to cold email, network, and ask about internship on the phone. Either you can get a referral for online (reach out after you actually apply) of you can enter a backdoor process.
Yeah I'm asking specifically for MBB, I heard that they use AI resume screeners
seems strange to me that they would use AI screeners - from my own personal experience, i got interviews at MBB with absolutely no company/firm on my resume that would be relevant to an AI screener
LOL, that's not even close to AI. 10 line Python script will get you that. To answer your question, I think resumes are hand read.
