Arthur D Little any good?
has anyone worked for Arthur D Little? if so could anyone share in terms of culture, work hours, types of projects, prestige etc
also, what are they like and how is their pay compared to MBB, OW, LEK etc?
I think it really depends on location. In continental Europe ADL is a strong T3 firm entry level comp quite competitive (about 5k less than MBB). In terms of prestige, strong T3 but well below OW (as for LEK, very weak brand in Europe).
But as far as Comp is concerned OW pays more than BBM so um....I think there are PE funds that pay less than OW(FS).
Yes it seems that OW has excellent pay. What about ADL?
As said before, ADL pays a bit less than MBB. OW FS pay is ridiculous, about 40% above MBB total comp, totally agree with holymonkey!
Yeah but OW has downsides too...if you're loving risk management and are 'technical'...do it, love it, partner it. MBB has it over OW in terms of the strategy types of projects. It's not that OW doesn't do strategy - its that it often loses out on contracts to MBB as its reputation as a 'strategy' consulting firm is nowhere in the same league as MBB.
