walking into interview 55 minutes late!
Sending in a resume that was supposed to be a final version, but in fact had "track changes" visible after it was e-mailed - going to office depot after it was e-mailed (3 days before interview) to print out hard copies on nice paper, only to have the changes/comments show up on the print out, then proceed to flip out in line b/c I realized how bad I had fucked up. Classic.
