Bain AC vs Salesforce APM Full Time

I'm currently a senior and have had several PM internships in the past. I've liked them a lot and definitely could see myself working in product long term. But management consulting and the great exposure/skillset that it provides also seems really exciting and a good place to start my career. Would appreciate any advice on how to consider picking between these two full time offers. Thanks in advance!

Those are amazing options. I completely disagree with the poster above that tech will be dead for 3-5 years. Anyways, pick between if you want to do PM vs MBB. There are many threads on here about that. Also consider location as well. MBB NY/SF/Chi offers are hard to beat

If you want to do PM long term, definitely take that over MBB. The whole point of doing MBB is to either stay long term or otherwise try to figure out what you want to do, while developing a broad skillset. If you know what you want to do long-term and already have an offer, there's no reason to do MBB first.

MBB --> PM is definitely doable, but very tough. So many people in my MBB aspire to become a PM, many of whom never end up making the switch.

Wanted to chime in on this – if you're looking to do venture/growth investing after your two years of consulting/product, I would definitely go MBB. My friend and I have very similar interests but he went into consulting and I went into product, and he got 10x more looks than I did – given you're on WSO, the optionality into investing you get from MBB is hard to give up unless you're sure you want to do product.
