Based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems that the market is quite challenging at the moment. Firms are primarily filling their classes with returning interns rather than new people. Some firms have even asked incoming 2023 Full-Timers to delay their start by up to a year, which further reduces the room for new hires in 2024.
