Has anyone interviewed for a back office analyst role at BCG? Any idea on comp/hours? I'm not 100% sure of the group the position is in, but I know it's not the consultant/FO role that most kids are chasing after.
Just curious if they ask case study questions/etc - my background is 1st year M&A analyst, just looking to get out of IB.

Yeah you don't want the back office tint on you, bail to b school or do FO at another consulting firm.
You can also try asking them in the interview how possible it is to move to the FO after some time in BO, but usually it is hard.
BO at MBB? Must be total crap. Yeah, stick it out.
