Are the area and office building nice?

I think they moved into 80 Charlotte street which is a pretty new development. Not sure what it's like though since I've never been
Been there 3 weeks ago - fantastic grade A office space with plenty of natural light, flexible desks and great free food.
Also the cappuccinos are exceptional ;)

What's the area like? Would you recommend living there or rather any other surrounding areas?
There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area - good neighbourhood to live overall.
