BCG Phone Call
I submitted my application two days ago and was invited for a 15-minute phone chat.
Is this a good sign, maybe?
Or is this sent out to just about everyone who applied?
Is it just a chat or a phone interview?

It is a good sign. That happens when someone reviews your resume and thinks you're a good candidate. They want to get to know you better and understand your motivations. It is 100% informational and your employment will still ultimately be determined by interviews -- however, you may do better in interviews if you know more about the firm because of your connections through phone calls like this.
It's like a day before they send out their interview invites.. Do you think this will help with getting an interview invite?
It may. They only want to give out interviews to candidates who are seriously interested in the firm, so they want to chat with you on the phone and understand how serious you are.
Oh, thank God! :) It's a brief 15-min phone chat, though... Do you have any suggestions on what to ask/talk about?
I would just recommend being as enthusiastic as you can to demonstrate your interest in the firm!
it's just a chat. if you really consider a career in Management consulting you should in fact send the recruiters an email to set up yourself a phone call like that because that would prove how driven you really are ;) Prepare some questions you can ask to her/him about the firm or about Management consulting and prepare an elevator pitch is my advice.
