Best Consulting Casebooks
Hey guys,
I'm sure all of them are great but which University's casebooks are generally considered the best to prepare from. There is so much material out there, I just want to try and narrow it down a little.
Thanks

I thought Cosentino's Case in Point was very thorough - with more than 25 full-length case examples: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005F9R8F6/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_1?pf_rd…
I was personally a fan of Wharton, HBS, Tuck, and Columbia casebooks. All easily available with a little searching online.
What's a good consulting casebook with a good INTERVIEWER guide? (Originally Posted: 09/26/2013)
Hi guys. Can you give me a tip? I'm a little lost here. I'm preparing for my BCG interview in one month, using Case In Point, but I need a lot more cases to practice on. I have the people to test me, but I don't have the material - can you recommend a good book with a neatly ordered interviewer guide? Needs to contain things like "information to be handed if asked" etc. I don't mind buying it - just need a good recommendation on what to spend my $$ on.
Check out Victor Cheng's "Case Interview Secrets." You've probably heard of him - from personal experience, his website, advice, and practice materials were extremely helpful. The book is great, the biggest problem I had with Case In Point were the dozens and dozens of frameworks. Case Interview Secrets breaks it down into three different frameworks and tells you exactly how to crack a case from start to finish.
I only had two weeks before my interview with ATK. Make sure to put in a lot of time in practicing case interviews. Nothing beats live practice. Check out Prep Lounge too if you can. The site will hook you up with other kids prepping for case interviews and you could practice via video call for free. Best of luck!
