Best months to start at MBB

I recently accepted a job at an MBB firm as an experienced hire, but currently trying to negotiate my start date. My question here is, I understand that start classes can be important for making good connections at MBB firms. I have the option to join in April, May and June. Which months are the best time to join typically? Thanks in advance!

There's no best month to join. Join whenever you feel like it / what fits with your schedule.

That being said, most campus hires start trickling in around July (sometimes June if the office is desperate, but that's usually when summers are starting). So, June could be good if you want to be a little closer timing-wise to the rest of your class.

Conversely, April/May could be a better option since it gives you a head start on project selection compared to your peers.
