Probably matches McK's but I wouldn't say its better. Last year's division head is now US CEO of Siemens. They fired the guy who is now starting one of Bain's Texas offices. Extremely high performing division.

Why would you pick Booz Energy over Deloitte? What are the pro/cons of starting in an industry specialized role (i.e. Booz) vs a generalist role (i.e. Deloitte)?
