Can I try to interview with another McKinsey office after I got cut from final rounds at a different McKinsey office?

So I was between two cities for my office ranking- let's call them A and B. A is a large competitive city, and B is a smaller city closer to my hometown. I had spoken to consultants in B and they were very excited about me and told me to rank that city first. Ultimately, I decided to put A first because it's a more robust, lively city and I had pressure from friends. I passed first rounds (location agnostic) and this past Friday got cut from final rounds at city A. My feedback was that I did good and solved it all correctly and had a good structure, but it wasn't anything beyond or great. I know McK is competitive and has a high bar no matter what office, but I know I did well and I feel that things were extra competitive because this was such a competitive city. For example, everyone that I was there interviewing with were from Ivy's. Things were definitely bound to be far less competitive at city B. My question is... is it too late? Is it worth reaching out to City B recruiter/consultants to see if I can re-do my final round there? Or is it just too late? I really wish I picked City B like my gut initially told me- especially in a field like consulting where you're never there anyways. Everyone that did practice cases with me from McK told me that I did great and not to worry because I'll be fine.. guess not.

I also don't want to come off as disrespectful to City B's office.
