Capital One Strategy - trying again

I interviewed for the Capital One Strategy Associate role a few months ago as a new grad and made it to the Power Day, but ultimately didn’t receive an offer. Is it likely that they allow me interview again next cycle, 1 year out from graduating? Curious if anyone has been through a similar process. Thanks!

I don’t see why they wouldn’t let you interview, just apply when there’s a job posting available.

Curious though- what’s so desirable about this capital one team that you are already planning to re-interview? There’s so many corporate strategy teams you can join, and a lot of them offer different (or even better) experience than capital one’s. Once you get work experience you’ll have so many more opportunities.

So many companies that people here haven’t even heard of have corporate strategy groups. Work in consulting for a year and you’ll see. Capital one is thrown around this board bc it has structured campus recruiting, but there are so many other groups. Just search LinkedIn for “corporate strategy analyst/associate” jobs and you’ll see what I mean.
