Case Western Reserve or transfer to UVA next fall?

I will be going to Case Western next fall to study finance, and I am wondering if anyone knows how on campus recruiting is for management consulting firms is? Will I have enough opportunities to make it or would it be worthwhile transferring to UVA next year?
