Cornerstone / Analysis Group final round to offer

Hi,

I just had final rounds at cornerstone research and analysis group and I was wondering if anyone who went through the same process for summer analysts position knows how long it’s normal to wait from the final round to the offer and if they sent rejection emails.

Thanks

Based on the most helpful WSO content, the timeline for hearing back after final rounds can vary greatly depending on the firm and the specific circumstances. It could be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. As for rejection emails, it's common practice for most firms to send them, but again, the timeline can vary. Some firms send them out shortly after decisions have been made, while others may take longer.

Remember, no news can sometimes be good news in the recruitment process. If you haven't heard back immediately, it doesn't necessarily mean you've been rejected. It could simply mean they're still in the process of making decisions.

If the wait is causing you a lot of stress, it might be worth reaching out to the HR department for an update. They may not be able to give you a definitive answer, but they might be able to provide some insight into where they are in the decision-making process.

Keep your chin up and your fingers crossed! And remember, even if you don't get the offer this time, it's not a reflection of your worth. Keep pushing forward and you'll find the right opportunity.
