How would you guys deal with a client (C-Suite) that is a borderline alcoholic who consistently calls you after hours drunk as hell (I am not opposed to benders but this guy is constantly on one)?

Invite him to drinks and make sure you can hold your liquor lmao. Build that client relationship and think about how you can make it rain.

My first managing director had a client who did this. They were old buddies from their first careers - oil business. Guy would call my boss up and get three bottles of wine deep. He would talk with this guy for hours. We ended up working on three deals either for this guy or referred by him. Very much a “we doing this or what” kind of deal.
So maybe you can work this into some business.
