Difference between final round and R1 for McKinsey?

Hello, passed R1 and have a final round with 3 partners coming up. Any advice and how will (if at all) it differ from my first round interview? My first round was with an associate and was one case, one PEI/behavioral.

Also would love any advice for fine-tuning casing. I feel like I am fairly comfortable with the basics now, but am still by no means a top candidate in terms of performance.

Thank you so much!! ♡

Final round is the same as first round, just more interviews and by partners.

Pretty much the same. A little less structured (less of a question answer kind of thing, and maybe more of a conversation. But not so unstructured that its unclear that you're being asked questions.)

Cases were pretty much the same difficulty as R1. I think focus more on your PEIs/ being a likeable person. R1 confirmed that you're potentially good enough to work there. R2 is to confirm that you have 1. consistency and 2. good cultural/person fit there. (aka they not only agree that you *can* work there but that they *want you* to work with them).
