EY-Parthenon Recruiting Divisions

Wondering if anyone can offer some insight on the differences between growth strategy and M&A strategy at Parthenon, which seem to be 2 distinct units they are recruiting for at different schools.

Mainly interested in whether or not you could switch from one to the other after a year or so or get on projects in the other unit if you were recruited into one of them. Thanks.
