EYP Superday
Saw someone else in the forum talk about EYP superday. Thought I would make this chat. Any idea how many people got invited/ will receive offer?

When did you apply? Also are they in person or virtual - how many cases?
Heard was in person, I did not receive an invite
I applied month ago, it is in person Chicago
Are they doing it in groups or something? How will they arrange all those in persons
I think they have one day for everyone
Attended an EY-P superday last Thursday, it looks like they’re by region of residency, not office preference (My entire time slot was 30 people from my school). They said 3 days for decisions, but I just got the good news call a week later (A friend of mine applying to SSG heard 2 days ago though so it looks like it’s just whenever the HR people have time). Good luck to all who have them coming up!
Was this for Summer associate or full time?
Summer analyst for both myself and SSG friend (West coast btw)
30 people from your school got a superday wtf…
Any idea how many got offers?
Do you know any details regarding the offer rate for full- time?
What are EYP targets? I was able to get final rounds at 2/3 MBB but didn't even get an interview at EYP. Got me wondering where they get all their SAs
Assume Ivy+Stanford+Duke
LOL - what HYPSM+ kid is working for EYP? Yes, they’re ‘targets’ but no kid at top target would even use EYP as practice interview, let alone accept an offer
Nah its more like Cornell , Northwestern, Dartmouth , Duke, Emory, UVA. No HYPS going there. Source~ friend who interned there.
Did u get rejected or just haven’t heard back yet?
Same, it’s ridiculous
Have u heard back
I attended an EYP super day last week and got my offer yesterday. From my understanding, if you're invited to the superday they're pretty serious about you and you have a good shot of getting an offer. That being said, you really have to nail the interviews you're given. I'm speaking from a limited sample size, but of the three people I know who got an offer, we all felt very confident walking out and felt that it was imperative to take advantage of conveying energy in the in-person experience. Lmk if I can help in any other way!
When did u apply and how long did it take to get an interview invite? Also FT or summer? Thanks and congrats :)
^
I applied back in late August through a referral link. Continued networking through December for more internal HR recs. I went for the internship and received the interview invite about one month after applying (late Sept.) Best of luck!
What region are u from?
Is the superday interview only involved 2 rounds of cases and 1 fit interview?
EYP emailed this weekend after the initial preference survey saying they're no longer hiring for NYC office for FT due to so many summer analysts signing their return offers. Seems super sus, especially to announce this far in the process. Assuming some sort of hiring freeze going on :(
Is this only for ppl who chose NYC in their application?
im from the midwest and yes its three interviews two cases one behavioral
when did u apply
Anyone know what the comp for EYP full time this year is?
I am a incoming SA, but I know the new salary bands.
Associate 1: $100K Base, $15k sign on bonus, 18K-22K end of year bonus(18-22% of base).
Has anyone not received an invite nor a rejection yet
I haven't heard anything, have they been sending rejections?
I did super day for SA in LA on 10/28 and haven’t heard back. I did get the email from EY talent and acquisition that people were discussing. Anyone in a similar boat?
Have you heard anything yet?
still no :/
Did my virtual superday on 10/27. Still waiting for their response too. I wonder what their acceptance rate looks like for this round. Feeling really nervous right now.
Update: got a call too but I was put in the waitlist. Don't know what the chances still look like.
