Attended an EY-P superday last Thursday, it looks like they’re by region of residency, not office preference (My entire time slot was 30 people from my school). They said 3 days for decisions, but I just got the good news call a week later (A friend of mine applying to SSG heard 2 days ago though so it looks like it’s just whenever the HR people have time). Good luck to all who have them coming up!

What are EYP targets? I was able to get final rounds at 2/3 MBB but didn't even get an interview at EYP. Got me wondering where they get all their SAs

Nah its more like Cornell , Northwestern, Dartmouth , Duke, Emory, UVA. No HYPS going there. Source~ friend who interned there.

I attended an EYP super day last week and got my offer yesterday. From my understanding, if you're invited to the superday they're pretty serious about you and you have a good shot of getting an offer. That being said, you really have to nail the interviews you're given. I'm speaking from a limited sample size, but of the three people I know who got an offer, we all felt very confident walking out and felt that it was imperative to take advantage of conveying energy in the in-person experience. Lmk if I can help in any other way!

I am a incoming SA, but I know the new salary bands.

Associate 1: $100K Base, $15k sign on bonus, 18K-22K end of year bonus(18-22% of base).

I did super day for SA in LA on 10/28 and haven’t heard back. I did get the email from EY talent and acquisition that people were discussing. Anyone in a similar boat?

Did my virtual superday on 10/27. Still waiting for their response too. I wonder what their acceptance rate looks like for this round. Feeling really nervous right now.
