So much to say, so little time. Interned there one summer. They have decent clients but the work they do is less strategy, and pretty much always about procurement as their name suggests. They are constantly performing reverse auctions and/or organizing RFPs for their clients, and honestly the list of jobs they perform ends there.

On the personal front, it is owned by a married couple and a few of their founding partners. They couple think they are running the firm like a world-class consulting firm, but it's more like a family business. They are very temperamental and just the vibe was never good at the firm.

My advice is try and get this offer as a backup, but go somewhere else. It's not the worst place to work at all, but if MBB is Tier 1 in consulting and say Deloitte is Tier 3, GeP is like Tier 6.
